Elvy Hlapolosa (Mashile) is an entrepreneur at heart. She is an Admitted of the High Court of South Africa. She holds an LLB degree from The University of South Africa and has been practicing since her admission. Elvy is a member in good standing with the Legal Practice Council. Elvy has a broad spectrum of legal skills and expertise in various areas of law which she gained during the years when she served as a legal secretary and Candidate Attorney. She specialises in, inter alia, in Corporate and Commercial Law, Legal Research, Family Law, Estate Planning, Labour and Employment Law, Personal Injury, RAF, Local Government, Insolvency Law and General Litigation.
Elvy also has a deep interest in Forensic Investigations in the public sector and on the path to advance her passion, she is an Affiliate member of the Accredited Certified Fraud Examiners. Elvy enjoys working with people and making a difference in their life’s. Also, she is a stem believer that dedication, hard work and discipline are crucial attributes for success. Elvy in her free time involves herself in curricular activities that include reading, running, hiking, traveling locally and internationally.
Naledi Nxumalo
Legal Officer
Naledi Nxumalo is a Legal Officer with 5+ years of experience in corporate, who obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Zululand in 2013. She began her career as a Contract Administrator, managing complex projects in Construction (Transnet Group Capital); Telecommunications (Huawei Technologies Africa) and Business Solutions (ITEC Group SA) industries before deciding to go on and serve her articles of clerkship. Her passions lie in the legal drafting; compliance & advisory sectors; particularly in relation to contractual agreements; Wills and deceased estate administration.
She has legal experience in debt collection/recovery, unfair dismissals (CCMA), divorce matters, deceased estate and RAF/third party claims. Fluent in 7 of the 11 official languages of South Africa, her diversity is easily her biggest key attribute and has allowed her to finetune her interpersonal and administrative skills. She is currently working towards getting admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
